We hear you
You want more energy, a clearer head, and less stiffness from sitting. But when you are busy or overwhelmed, even taking a reset can feel like one more decision.
After a long stretch at your computer, one short, work-ready reset appears. Take it, choose another option, snooze it, or skip it—your call.
It might be as simple as looking into the distance or taking a few steps. Or it might be a guided movement developed with a physiologist who holds a PhD.
No phone. No searching. No figuring out what to do. Just a small pause built into your workflow—to help your mind and body feel a little better before you return to work.
Three ways to reset
Some moments can hold a guided movement. Others call for closed eyes, quiet breathing, or something that asks almost nothing of you.

When your eyes need a screen break or your mind needs a moment to settle.
Listen to spoken eye or breathing guidance without continuing to watch the screen.
Rest your eyes, slow your breathing, or settle your mind without following a video.

When even a minute feels like a lot.
Read one simple cue, then let the card disappear and act.
A quick escape from the screen—with almost no setup, attention, or commitment.
Move within your comfort. Stop if anything hurts.
How it works
SparklingTreat stays quietly in your Windows tray. It offers short reset opportunities throughout the workday, and you can start one yourself whenever you want.
SparklingTreat lives in your Windows tray and stays out of the way while you work.
It waits while your computer is locked, asleep, presenting, fullscreen, or using supported focus settings.
After roughly 75 minutes of detected work time, SparklingTreat offers a short reset—up to three times during a normal workday.
Take it, choose another option, snooze it, skip it, or pause reminders. You decide whether the moment works.
Want a reset before the next prompt? Open SparklingTreat from the tray whenever you want and choose what would help—reset your posture, wake up, calm down, relieve back tension, or rest your eyes.
Privacy is part of the product
SparklingTreat uses limited timing and device signals on your computer to estimate when a reset may fit. It never sees what you type, read, or work on.

Questions, answered
No. SparklingTreat is a workday reset assistant, not a workout library. It removes the phone, browsing, and decision-making that make a useful break easy to postpone.
After roughly 75 minutes of detected work time, up to three times on a normal workday. You can start, switch, snooze, skip, pause, or tell it you already moved.
No. Lock, sleep, and ambiguous inactivity pause timing rather than erase the work-time progress already accumulated. The app cannot know whether quiet means reading, a meeting, or time away.
It waits while your computer is locked, asleep, presenting or fullscreen, or using supported focus settings. It does not identify calls, and no timing system catches everything, so every prompt can be skipped or paused.
Yes. Open SparklingTreat from the tray and choose what you need. Manual videos range from about 30 seconds to 5 minutes; with the opening and programmed rests, some complete experiences take about 7 minutes.
No. It does not collect raw keystrokes, screenshots, websites, documents, messages, or app names. Prompt timing stays on your computer; a defined beta event log is sent to Azure as disclosed before enrollment.
Not while remaining in the formal beta. You can decline before joining, withdraw and uninstall at any time, and request deletion under the disclosed beta terms.
